In September a total of 136,744 properties were sold, %6,9 Less than in September 2019. Istanbul took first place with 25,399 transfers and a share of %18,6 , followed by Ankara with 12,677 (%9,3 share) and Izmir with 8,153 transfers (6.0% share).

In August a total of 170,408 properties were sold, 54.2 % more than in August 2019. Istanbul took first place with 30,060 transfers and a share of 17.8%, followed by Ankara with 17,131 (10.1% share) and Izmir with 11,145 transfers (6.5% share).

In July a total of 229,357 properties were sold, 124.3 % more than in July 2019. Istanbul took first place with 39,432 transfers and a share of 17.2%, followed by Ankara with 26,885 (11.7% share) and Izmir with 15,614 transfers (6.8% share).
