Mortgage-financed sales fell %49,7 compared to March 2020 at 21,815. total sales were %19,6 (March 2020: %39,9 ). In mortgage sales, Istanbul ranked first with 4,643 house sales.

As a result of self-financing transfers 89,426 houses exchanged. Self-financing transfers increased by %36,9 compared to March 2020. Istanbul was again the first with 17,364 real estate sales, Ankara came second with 8,224 sales. Followed with Izmir 5,158 sales.

33,365 houses were sold for the first time ( new construction sales ). The number of homes sold for the first time decreased %2,1 compared to March 2020. of all home sales new real estate sales share in Turkey %30,0 (March 2020: %31,4 ). Istanbul had the largest share in new construction sales, followed by Ankara and Izmir.

In the sale of second-hand real estate, a total of 77,876 second-hand houses were sold. Second-hand sales increased %4,4 compared to March 2020.
