Mortgage-financed sales fell %70,9 compared to December 2019 at 14,631. total sales were %13,8 (December 2019: %24,9 ). In mortgage sales, Istanbul ranked first with 3,251 house sales.

As a result of self-financing transfers 91,350 houses changed hands. Self-financing transfers decreased by %39,8 compared to December 2019. Istanbul was again the first with 16,985 house sales and Ankara came second with 8,179 house sales. Followed with Izmir 4,759 sales.

36,898 houses were sold for the first time ( new construction sales ). The number of homes sold for the first time decreased %51,1 compared to December 2019. of all home sales new real estate sales share in Turkey %34,8 (December 2019: %37,4 ). Istanbul had the largest share in new construction sales, followed by Ankara and Izmir.

In the sale of second-hand Turkish goods , a total of 69,083 houses changed hands. Second-hand sales fell %45,4 compared to December 2019.
