Mortgage-financed sales decreased %64,0 compared to August 2020 at 27,375 and %19,14 total sales share, (August 2020: %44,6 ). In mortgage sales, Istanbul ranked first with 5,636 house sales.
As a result of self-financing transfers 114,025 houses were exchanged. Self-financing transfers increased by 20.8% compared to August 2020. Istanbul was again the first with 18,650 real estate sales, Ankara came second with 10,178 sales. Followed with Izmir 6,065 sales.
