Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - December 2020

A total of 105,981 homes were sold in December 47,6% lower than December 2019. Istanbul ranks first with 20,236 house sales with a share of 19.1%, while ankara (9.4% share) with 9,990 and izmir (5.5% share) and 5,794 turnover.
