Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - April 2020

In April a total of 42,783 properties were sold, 55,5 % more than in April 2019. Istanbul took first place with 6,113 transfers and a share of 14.3%, followed by Ankara with 4,500 (10.5%) and Izmir with 2,533 transfers (5.9%).
