Development of the real estate sector in Turkey -February 2020

In February a total of 118.753 properties were sold, 51,4 % more than in February 2019. Istanbul took first place with 22.662 transfers and a share of 19,1%, followed by Ankara with 13.326 (11,2%) and Izmir with 7.669 transfers (6,5%).
