Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - April 2022

A total of 133,058 real estate was sold in April 2022, which is 38.8% higher compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 26.330 house sales with a share of 19.8%, while Ankara comes second with (9.2% share) and 12,195 total sales, Izmir came third with(6.4% share) and 8,459 total sales.
