Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - March 2022

A total of 134,170 real estate was sold in March 2022, which is 20.6% higher compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul ranks first with 23.974 house sales with a share of 17.9%, while Ankara comes second with (9.4% share) and 12,609 total sales, Izmir came third with(6.0% share) and 8,051 total sales.
