Development of the real estate sector in Turkey - May 2020

In May a total of 50,936 properties were sold, 44.6 % less than in May 2019. Istanbul took first place with 7,640 transfers and a share of 15%, followed by Ankara with 4,939 (9.7% share) and Izmir with 3,096 transfers (6.1% share).
